My Latest YouTube Videos

I have Asperger's Syndrome (high-functioning autism spectrum disorder), which gives me a unique perspective on reality (you can find out more on my dedicated autism website here). I am an accredited hypnotherapy trainer with over 20 years experience of hypnosis and the healing arts and have had two #1 bestselling hypnotherapy books - 'Advanced Ericksonian Hypnotherapy Scripts' and 'Hypnotherapy' as well as contributing a chapter to Professor Ursula James book 'Clinical Hypnosis Textbook' which is the essential reading material for dozens of hypnotherapy training courses including the MSc in Clinical Hypnosis at Robert Gordon University. My auto-biography 'Look Into My Eyes' has also reached #1 in Psychology Biographies, and #30 in all Biographies and Memoirs within its first week.
I am a YouTuber who creates helpful content to educate people about how to do hypnosis and psychotherapy and self help content to help people overcome various challenges they are facing or for personal development. I also post about what it is like to be someone with autism spectrum disorder and try to educate people about autism - not only do I have autism, but most of my working career has been spent supporting those on the autistic spectrum, their families and other professionals.

Look Into My Eyes 2nd Edition

About growing up with Asperger's Syndrome taking the reader through strengths & weaknesses of having Asperger's, struggles & discrimination I have faced and information based on my professional experiences working with others with Asperger's and parents of those with Asperger's. Also, how I discovered meditation as a way of helping to manage my ability to focus, and to help with anxieties, and how hypnosis transformed my life, taught me social skills & how to 'read' others.

The second edition also includes 50% more content made up of two new chapters - a chapter by my wife Abbie Jones about her experiences being in a relationship with someone with Asperger's, and an extensive chapter of tips and strategies for parents/carers, friends, teachers, and employers of those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and for those who have ASD.
